The latest donation event for the much-lauded Uniforms 4 Kids program was staged recently in Millaa Millaa on the Atherton Tableland in Far North Queensland.

The program itself was officially launched in September 2017 during the International Women and Law Enforcement Conference in Cairns and was originally founded several years ago by Order of Australia recipient, Mrs Yvonne Pattinson.

Mrs Pattinson’s aim was to provide clothing to children made from recycled police uniforms.
